Richard A. Liddle, Vice-President of Operations for Ohio Valley Energy joined the company in January, 2001. He is a Petroleum Engineer with 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Over the term of his career, he has been closely involved in the day to day operation of over 3,000 wells located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Mr. Liddle received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. rliddle@ov-energy.com

Bennie L. Funderburg, Vice-President of Land for Ohio Valley Energy has over 30 years of experience in petroleum land management. He has worked in fourteen different states and has testified as an expert witness in four of these states. He has worked as an in-house and consulting landman for both major and independent oil and gas companies. Bill White joined the company in April, 2004. He has 30 years of experience in all aspects of land acquisition pertaining to the oil and gas industry. Mr. White received his Masters of Science Degree in Retail Merchandising from New York University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.

Bonnie Foster has seven years of specialized experience in the oil and gas industry. Besides acquiring drill sites and completing drilling units, she is responsible for handling land related title issues. Joshua Threet is responsible for prospect generation, mapping and oversight of all new prospects in addition to land acquisition. He employs the latest methods of Computer Aided Drafting and Geographic Information Systems in developing new prospects. Bruce Thompson was Ohio Valley Energy’s consulting geologist. Mr. Thompson was a Certified Professional Geologist with over 35 years experience as an exploration geologist in the Rocky Mountain area. In 1994 he was awarded the Outstanding Explorer Award from the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists. Mr. Thompson was instrumental in creating our extensive library of mapping and geological studies of Northeast Ohio. We are currently developing new drilling prospects generated by his tenure with Ohio Valley Energy. We mourn his passing in 2006.

Charlie Masters is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as president of Ohio Valley Energy. He worked at Ernst & Ernst and Touche Ross & Company, both Big Eight accounting firms, during the 1970’s and 1980’s, and was a partner in a local CPA firm. Since 1985 he has been closely affiliated with the Simco Management Group and the Simon Family, which own and operate apartments in northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Charlie helped start both Simco Exploration Corp. and Ohio Valley Energy, and has been an officer in these Oil and Gas companies since 1986.
